Lunchtime Juice for Tuesday!

Juicing with my power juicer express deluxe

Tuesday afternoons juice: 

kale, parsley, cilantro, spinach, celery, pear, peach, brocolli, ginger root, beet, three carrots, tomato, kiwi, lemon, tomato, cucumber

 This afternoon's juice consists of kale (antioxidants, calcium, iron, Vitamin A&C), parsley (antioxidants, folic acid, iron, Vitamin A&C), cilantro (potassium, calcium, manganese, iron, magnesium), spinach (antioxidants, potassium, iron, calcium, vitamin C), celery (riboflavin, vitamin B,A,C,K, folate, potassium, pantothenic acid, potassium, manganese), pear (Vitamin, C&E, potassium), peach (boron, antioxidants, Vitamin C & beta carotene), broccoli (beta carotene, vitamin C, calcium, iron, folic acid, chromium), ginger root (vitamin B, potassium, manganese, magnesium & a natural anti inflammatory), beet (folic acid, iron, calcium, potassium), three carrots (beta carotene, Vitamin A, C, pectin, flourine, potassium), kiwi (fiber, vitamin E&K, potassium & copper), tomato (beta carotene & Vitamin C), lemon (Vitamin C&A, antioxidents, iron, copper potassium, calcium), cucumber (Vitamin A, C, K, pantothenic acid, magnesium, phosphorus, manganese & potassium)
Holy cow!! That's A LOT of healthy nutrients!!! Made about 42 ozs of delicious yummy healthiness!!! Yes-42 approx!!! I had to sip some of the top of the pitcher before I juiced the cucumber because I was running out of room lol!! Stirred the rest together, poured & gulped!!
