Jessy's Juice #15

Thursday's lunch time juice!

~Juicing with my power juicer express~

Cilantro, parsley, spinach, lime, beet, kiwi, broccoli, carrots, cucumber, strawberries & celery!


Cilantro: ( Thiamin, zinc, fiber, Vitamin A, C, E, K B6, riboflavin, niacin, calcium, iron, magnesium, folate, pantothenic acid, potassium, phosphorus, copper & manganese)
Parsley: ( Antioxidants, folic acid, iron, Vitamin A&C)
Spinach: ( antioxidants, potassium, iron, calcium Vitamin C)
Lime: (Calcium, iron, copper, Fiber, Vitamin C)
Beet: ( folic acid, iron, calcium, potassium)
Kiwi: (Fiber, Vitamin E, C, K, potassium & copper)
Broccoli: ( Beta Carotene, Vitamin C, calcium, iron, folic acid & chromium)
Carrots : (Beta carotene, vitamin A&C, pectin, flourine &potassium)
Cucumber: ( Vitamin A, C, K, pantothenic Acid, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, manganese)
Strawberries: (Folate, potassium, Fiber, Vitamin C& manganese)
Celery: ( riboflavin, Vitamin B6, K, C, A, pantothenic acid, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, manganese, folate)

This juice tasted a bit like a lime/beet juice with a hint of the green taste from the leafy stuff and the celery and cucumber. Very tasty!!!

Orange, pineapple, apple, pear, kiwi, sweet potato & ginger root 

(though I added the ginger root after I took the pic, I almost forgot to put it in my juice this morning =O one of my fav ingredients!!)


This tasted a bit like an orange pineapple smoothie!
