Thursday's juice!!

Thursday morning & afternoon's juice!

Juicing with my power juicer express deluxe!

This morning's juice has apple, pear, kiwi, ginger root, two oranges & sweet potato~


 

 When I use ginger root in my juice, I slice about half an inch wedge off of the root itself & just juice that with the fruits/ veggies. I tend to throw it in there with a pear or something, something that's firm but not as hard as carrots.
 That made about 30 ozs of juice for my breakfast =D
 For my lunch time juice I had parsley, kale, spinach, carrots, broccoli, beet, two and a half carrots, lemon, tomato, cucumber, pear, celery & cilantro.
That made about 32 ozs of juice =D Altogether these ingredients provide a range of potassium, magnesium, manganese, calcium, antioxidants, several different vitamins, iron, boron, cellulose, pectin, folic acid, flourine!
