Friday Lunch Juice

~Juicing with my power juicer express!~

Cilantro, parsley, apple, pear, pineapple, kiwi, oranges, carrots, celery, broccoli,

 ginger root, sweet potato

Cilantro: thiamin, zinc, fiber, Vitamin A, C, E, K, B6, riboflavin, niacin, calcium, iron, magnesium, folate, pantothenic acid, potassium, phosphorus, copper & manganese
Parsley: antioxidants, folic acid, iron, vitamin A& C
Apple: Boron, cellulose, & pectin
Pear: Vitamin C, fiber, potassium
Pineapple: Thiamin, Vitamin B6 & C, manganese
Kiwi: Fiber, Vitamin E, C, K, potassium & copper
Oranges: Natural aspirin & boron
Carrots: beta carotene, Vitamin A, C, pectin, flourine & potassium
Celery: Riboflavin, Vitamin B6, K, C, A, pantothenic, acid, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, manganese, folate
Broccoli: Beta carotene, Vitamin C, calcium, iron, folic acid, & chromium
Ginger Root: Vitamin C, manganese, magnesium, copper, potassium
Sweet Potato: Fiber, B6 & A, potassium, manganese

This was a very tasty juice!! Tasted much like an orange carrot smoothie with a bit of bite from the ginger root & just a touch of 'green' flavor from the green stuff :) very tasty!!!
