Follow me as I learn more every day about juicing, cooking, eating healthier (I still will cook the occasional thing that is more tasty than it is healthy, but it will still be made at home, from scratch!) I have a few goals for next year, completely cut any fast food/soda out of my diet, all of my meals/snacks will consist of real food, nothing with preservatives, mostly stuff I've made myself at home! I also intend to get the supplies to learn how to start canning! I've only just begun to chronicle this new chapter in my life as I begin down this path!
