Wednesday's Lunch time juice!!!

Wednesday afternoon's Juice!

Juicing with my power juicer express deluxe

Parsley, kale, cilantro, spinach, cucumber, beet, tomato, two carrots, two stalks of celery, lime, kiwi, broccoli, pear, apple, peach, ginger root!


For my juice at lunch today I had spinach (antioxidants, potassium, iron, calcium & vitamin C), kale (antioxidants, calcium, iron, vitamin A&C), parsley (antioxidants, folic acid, iron, vitamin A & C), cilantro (potassium, calcium, manganese, iron & magnesium), cucumber (Vitamin A, C, K, pantothenic acid, magnesium, phosphorus, manganese & potassium), beet (folic acid, iron, calcium, & potassium), tomato (beta carotene & vitamin C), two carrots (beta carotene, vitamin A &C, pectin, flourine & potassium), two stalks of celery (riboflavin, vitamin A, K, C, B, pantothenic acid, dietary fiber, folate, potassium& manganese), broccoli (beta carotene, vitamin c, calcium, iron, folic acid & chromium), pear (vitamin C & E,& potassium), apple (boron, cellulose, & pectin), kiwi (vitamin E&K, potassium, copper), lime ( calcium, iron, copper, fiber, vitamin c), ginger root (vitamin B, manganese, potassium, copper, magnesium, & natural anti inflammatory), peach (boron, antioxidants, vitamin C & beta carotene) made approx 40 ozs of delicious nutritious juice!!! Yes, about 40 ozs lol!! Once again I had to sip some of the top while I juiced the cucumber to make room lol ;-) I always juice my cucumber last because it is firm yet soft so it cleans the reservoir out pretty good so there isn't any hidden juice in there when I disassemble it to clean afterwards :)
