Today's juice! Consists of spinach(antioxidants, potassium, iron, calcium & vitamin c), Parsley ( antioxidants, folic acid, iron, vitamin A & C), kale, (antioxidants, calcium, iron, Vitamin A & C), apple (boron, cellulose, pectin), beet ( (folic acid, iron, calcium, potassium), broccoli ( beta carotene, vitamin C, calcium, iron, folic acid & chromium), carrot ( beta carotene, vitamin A, C, pectin, fluorine, potassium), tomato ( beta carotene & vitamin C), lemon ( vitamin C& A, antioxidants, iron, copper, potassium & calcium), kiwi (fiber, vitamin A&K, potassium, copper), pear ( Vitamin C & E, potassium), Ginger Root ( Vitamin B, potassium, manganese, copper, magnesium, natural anti inflammatory) & celery (riboflavin, Vitamin b6, A, C & K, pantothenic acid, dietary fiber, folate, potassium, manganese). That is a whole lot of nutrients in 38 ozs of delicious juice!! I LOVE this stuff!!!
I love the color/mixture of your juice! What did it taste like? Is that more than one serving?
ReplyDeleteIt tasted like a good mix of fruits & veggies, the flavors that were the most overwhelming were the beet, the lemon, and that tomato because it was a pretty big tomato! Had a lot of flavor too!! I'm will have to do some research as to what 'one' serving of juice really is lol. If it is 8oz then this is about five servings of fruits and veggies!!! I think that one apple counts as a fruit serving, one pear etc for most stuff. I'll have to find out! Thanx for the feed back!! It was very very tasty!!!
